GETTING EVERYONE TO YES™: POWERFUL SKILLS IN COMMUNICATION AND PROBLEM SOLVING

This course provides a combination of powerful coaching tools and body-mind based problem-solving techniques that anyone can apply to effective communication and success in any business environment. We will cover multiple aspects of communication, focus on enhancing your problem-solving capabilities, and learn a body-based technique for getting past obstacles. It will also familiarize you with the brain science behind these tools (no science background required). Personal success hinges on our ability to effectively communicate our message. The more successfully we can adapt our communication style to appeal to a wide range of personal references, the more successful we will be. In this course you will: • Learn about the multiple aspects of communication, including listening skills, impression, what is said, believability and impact on others, as well as other aspects. • Develop your problem-solving capabilities • Learn to frame dilemmas and move toward insight and action. • Discover how to resolve problems and help others resolve them in a fraction of the time that most conversations and meetings require. • Experience a rhythm-based movement approach that can help you get beyond obstacles and “stuck points” in business issues and team processes. Instructors include Daniel White, an experienced leadership trainer and executive coach, and Drs.
